開學兩週了喔！不知道大家現在是進入Levy備戰，還是宅起來看影集，亦或是與同學一同在咖啡館討論報告？ 還記得上個學期我們查考的馬太福音嗎？下學期我們會在繼續，以更加瞭解耶穌的各個面相。 本週我們要查考馬太福音第八章到第九章第八節。這段經文中我們可以看到耶穌如何給與那些因著疾病而絕望的人得拯救。或許在我們眼中，聖經中這些疾病以現在的科技來說，是再簡單也不過的小病，但是以當時文明來說，這卻是一個像詛咒一般的存在。我們現今的生活也有不少困難，不管是在感情上，經濟上，家庭上似乎都有不少絕望與痛苦在機率的黑盒子中等著我們，我們或許在肉身上享有健康，卻在未來的路上鋪上一層又一層的絕望灰雪。這些耶穌都知道，就算是在兩千多年後的今天他會在絕望中聽你的呼求，也會在今天將拯救與平安帶給你。 希望明天晚上可以看到大家，一起分享聖經中最美麗的故事。

人要瞭解困難事物，常要時間慢慢消化方能明白。同樣地，神的啟示是漸進性的：
在主前十三世紀，神透過摩西頒布十誡，作為神選民生活的規範；
主耶穌到世上來的時候，神親自為我們闡釋他制定這些規範的心意。

在上個禮拜查過登山寶訓八福之後，我們要繼續考查登山寶訓中，耶穌是如何講論律法？
這些律法和背後神制定律法的心意和我們的生活息息相關，歡迎大家週二(11/8)到URC108與我們一同查考聖經；
盼望透過這次的查經大家都可以更貼近神的心意。查考經文：馬太福音5:17-48
