隨著資訊科技日益發達，USC Bellman期待透過網路與資訊科技事工拓展福音。以下為USC Bellman所用的系統。

Online Request Form for 新生接機服務

目前暑假的新生接待事工是每年USC播仁團契的重頭戲之一。我們主要提供的服務包括免費接機、銀行開戶、到OIS報到、校園瀏覽及介紹。我們透過線上的表格，提供新生輸入接機的時間，同工之後便可依需求及個人負擔線上登記服務的項目。

USC Bellman Website採用的是WordPress Blog System. WordPress Blog的後台操作簡易，加上pageMash plugin讓網頁管理十分方便。

目前所使用的plug-ins為:

l   Akismet: Anti-Spam用

l   All in One SEO Pack

l   Postie: 每週寄newsletter時，會直接post在網頁上

l   Google XML Sitemaps: This plugin will generate a sitemaps.org compatible sitemap of your WordPress blog which is supported by Ask.com, Google, MSN Search and YAHOO. 也就是讓我們的網站容易被”Search”到的plug-in.

l   Lightbox 2: Used to overlay images on the current page.

l   pageMash: 頁面管理

l   WordPress Download Monitor: Manage downloads on our website, view and show hits, and output in posts.

Mailing List

目前所使用的mailing list system為USC ITS所提供的listserv.

用Listserv寄信時，需加上signature，以便收信者自由unsubscribe，以下是我們所用的email signature

密碼為usc注冊的使用者ID，不需要<>符號, DELETE BELLMAN-L 要大寫

Address book記錄每位Member的個人資訊，所有資料皆以密碼保護。新增一筆記錄時，coworker會收到reminder。系統亦會寄一封Welcome letter給新朋友。以下是信件的內容:
